Out of Stock Items Here at GaugePros.com, we try our best to keep all the items we sell online in stock so that we can ship them to you the next business day after we receive your order. Sometimes, of course we may be out-of-stock, and when this happens we will promptly email you letting you know which items are temporarily out of stock and what options are available to you. Please allow up to 8 weeks for delivery of out-of-stock items.
Return Policy We value top notch customer service and our gauge specialists will make every effort to make you happy. However, if there is a problem with your order please contact us via email or by telephone to discuss options. No returns will be accepted without a Return Authorization Number issued by our customer service department. No returns will be accepted on special order items or electrical parts, unless it is a warranty claim. Items must be returned, unused, unopened and in original packaging and accompanied by a copy of the original sales receipt. We will not be responsible for mismatched gauges and senders - MAKE SURE YOU ORDER THE CORRECT GAUGE FOR YOUR APPLICATION AND THE PROPER SENDER.
Restocking Fees
We reserve the right to charge a 25% restocking charge.
Shipping Fees on Returns Upon receiving a returned item, we reserve the right to charge the customer for the original shipping. Return shipping charges from the customer to us will only be credited in certain circumstances of warranty or incorrect shipment.
Damaged Shipments Damaged Merchandise: Should any package appear to be damaged at the time of delivery, a claim for damage must be promptly made with the responsible freight carrier.
